1#scope of work and technical specifications: services for replacement of complete transformer oil & leak rectification of three re ctifier transformers at g station. the detailed scope of work is as follows: 1.#introduction & general requirement: a#the work sha ll e at the contractor workshop, shifting the transformer to /from the contractor#s workshop/g station, loading, unloading shall e under contractor scope. the required rigging tools such as slings, lifting hooks etc under contractor#s scope. dewa shall arrange f orklift & portale crane for the unloading & loading of transformers with a prior request. the offer for this shall e given as option -1. alternatively, the work can e carried out at site in the transformer ay itself. this shall e offered as option-2. #drain theoi l & store in the empty container for disposal. empty container /storage tank required for the jo shall e in contractor#s scope. c#i nject and maintain the nitrogen pressure so that winding is not exposed to atmospheric air. d#keep the tank & core coil assemly und er vacuum for 3 to 4 hours to remove any moisture. e#replacing all gaskets, o-rings etc. to arrest the leakages of transformers men tioned in the annexure-1. f#after the leak rectification, flush the transformer tank to remove the sludge#s & refill the transforme r tank with new oil. new oil will e supplied y dewa. g#after replacing the gasket & oil. the oil filtration shall e carried out til l dv reached greater than 60kv and moisture content is less than 5 ppm. h#attend any minor leakage along withreplacing oil rings. any other parts such as hv/lv ushings, ucholz relays etc found damaged during work shall e arranged and replaced with in the schedul e y the contractor on urgent asis after dewa approval. spares will e supplied
