1. scope of work of this contract is engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning to upgrade five 5 nos. of gas chromatograph gc analysers at qp refinery which are loacted in different units with sampling system, oven, columns, valves, fittings, cables and analyser cabinets. 2.,, contractor shall be responsible for the design, manufacture / fabrication, assembly, transportation to qp refinery, installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and documentation of the complete analyser system with sampling system, oven, columns, valves, fittings, cables, analyser cabinet, operator interface computer, communication requirement between analysers, computer and distributed control system dcs and auxiliary equipment as given below in the detailed scope of work. 3.,, contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the existing analyser system in the analyser house. 4.,, contractor shall provide any other items not specifically detailed within this document, but required for the correct and satisfactory operation and maintenance of the whole analyser system. 5.,, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to make site visit during tendering / bidding stage to study and understand the existing analyser systems for the removal or retaining of part of existing components.

supplier to perform the supply of process instrumentation components and parts of various propreitary manufacturers for all qp locations on as and when required basis through long term agreement.

supply of various sizes of carbon steel and stainless pipe flanges and blind flanges for various locations of qatar petroleum on as and when required basis.

supply of various sizes of generic mettalic pipes, tubing, metal products & wires and structural steel items for various locations of qatar petroleum on as and when required basis.

contractor shall provide, on call-off basis, breakdown maintenance/repair services for ups units and battery chargers in dukhan for five 5 years, so as to ensure the ups units and battery chargers availability at all times, in accordance with the scope of services

contractor shall supply all materials, supplies, personnel, services, supervision, testing devices, equipments, tools, consumables and each and every item of expense necessary to carry out the preventive and breakdown maintenance of each of the 86 nos. ups units and battery chargers & battery banks, on call-off basis for five 5 years at qp refinery, mesaieed.

supply of generic studbolts, nuts, fasteners & hardware for various locations of qatar petroleum on an as and when required basis through long term agreement. .

verification and calibration/certification of different types of flow meters and associated secondary instruments in dukhan fields on a call-off basis for a duration of 5 years.

supply of generic bearings and v-belts for various qp locations on as and when required basis.

contractor shall perform the preventive maintenance services on routine basis and the corrective maintenance services on a call-off basis for ups and generator systems which includes, battery charger, batteries, diesel engine and associated control panels at dukhan concession area.
