Div.-I, Jammu East as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 3 Barricading of venue as per requirement at site with Iron frames/ GI pipes / Wooden pole Ballies including covering with cloth (Complete). 4 Providing and fixing of Shamiana tent (water proof) incl. fixing of posts, cloth and day to day maintenance to place them in proper position and placing of required persons by the bidder for execution of this incl. all carriage and taxes complete job 5 Supply and placing of floor carpet (printed) as per requirement at site incl. placing them in required position every morning 6 Supply of chair with Dunlop superior quality placing of chair in the hangets as well as in the Shamiana 7 Supply of table with fall wherever required incl. placing of table as per requirement 4 feet length or 6 feet dia 8 Supply / installation of pedestial fan incl. wiring and proper connection (complete job) 9 Illumination of area by way of 100 watt Led light with wire connection.
