Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Government Departments Of Uttar Pradesh for Tender For Link Road Kithawar Market To Basti Hote Hue Primary School Tak Road Construction Work - Earthwork in cutting or embankment /Pattri in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) excavation to be done in the from of regular pits not exeeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm layers including the ramming and dressing the surface to required levles and slopes and also including 1.50meter lift and 1000meter lead as directed by E/I including labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work (as per SI No-253) 2 GSB- Gramular Sub-Base with well Graded Material (Table 400,1) A) By Mix in Place method Contrcution of granular sub-base by providing well graded material spreading in unform layers with motor grader/Tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepaire suface maxing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 3 WBM G-2 (Inter Coat)Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening /binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity grading -2 as per technical specification clause 405 4 WBM G-3 - Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity as per technical specification clause 405 5 Brick edging on both sides of metalled surface 12 cm deep & 8 cm wide with class M-150 bricks laid on edge and dry in proper grade and alignment including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc.complete and all taxes as per direction of E/I. 6 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil 7 Concrete in 1:6:12 in foundation 8 Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg / sqm using mechanical means. As per technical specification clause 502 including cost of bitumen emulsion (SS-1) 9 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surfacecleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503 including cost of bitumen (VG-10) 10 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Techincal Specification clause 508 including cost of bitumen 11 Providing and applying seal coat type C comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including cost of bitumen 12 S/F of 350 mm dia Hume Pipe 13 S/F of reflectivesign board,etc 14 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for1 st year maintenance cost @ 0.0 % 15 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.75 % 16 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for3rd year maintenance cost @ 1.50 % 17 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for4thyear maintenance cost @ 2.25 % 18 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc of to the required standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for5thyear maintenance cost @ 3.00 % in Allahabad - Uttar Pradesh has been published.
