Collection Of Transformer Tank With Core From The Stores, Repairing Of The Transformer By Providing Ht And Lt Winding By New Coils, New Ehv Grade Transformer Oil As Per Gescom Specification. Replacing Of Bushing Rods, Metal Parts, Ht/Lt Bushing Insulators, Washers, Gasket Which Are Unserviceable And Repairs Of The Tank, Painting Etc., Drying The Repaired Winding In The Oven As Required, And Testing Repaired Good Transformer At The Repair Center. Testing Of Repaired Good Transformer At Divisional Automatic Test Bench Of Gescom To Ensure The Quality Of Repaired Good Transformers As Per Gescom Specifications By The Assistant Executive Engineer Ele, Transformer Repair Monitoring And Handing Over To The Concerned Divisional Stores. The Purchase Order Shall Be Placed By The Executive Engineer Ele, Of The Concerned Gescom O & M Division. The Faulty Transformers Received From Respective Store Shall Be Repaired And Returned To The Same Stores
