Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Boards / Undertakings / Psu Of Uttar Pradesh for Tender For Annual Maintenance Of Ash Dyke Of Obra Thermal Power Station. - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil 2 Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary Rock 3 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 4 Filling of empty jute/plastic bag in full with full stitching with nylon thread and stacking in crate from any where inside/outside ash pond including cost of all labour, material, T&P etc. 5 Filling with 50kg. earth 6 Filling with 50kg. ash 7 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 8 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil. 9 Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%), Zinic+10% Al alloy+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/ selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineerin-charge. 10 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 11 Dry stone pitching 22.5cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete work 12 Dry brick pitching half brick thick in drains including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete :With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 13 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 15 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 16 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 17 Supplying and stacking at site 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate 18 Supplying and stacking at site Moorum etc. 19 Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density 20 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 21 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work 22 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 23 Engagement ofunskilledlabourfor executed the unforeseen works . 24 Providing Hydraulic Excavator with 1 CuM bucketfor different type of job related to Chakari ash dyke and required another workas per direction of Engineer-in-charge including hire charge of Hydraulic Excavator with Operator,fuel, lubricant etc for proper completion of work. in Sonbhadra - Uttar Pradesh has been published.
