Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Government Departments Of Uttar Pradesh for Tender For Landscaping Of Park P-1 Sector -28 With Two Year Maintenance Yeida. Wc-H - Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15cm to 25cm and watering the same . 3 Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods. 4 Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15days of its foolding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation. 5 Fine dressing of the ground. 6 Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ration of 2:1 by volume ( part of stacked volume of earth afte reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8% ) follding with water dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) 7 Holes 60cm dia, and 60cm deep 8 Holes 45cm dia and 45cm deep 9 Supplying of chlorpyriphos 20% E.C/ Lindane 20% E.C for anti termite treatment of plants @ 2ml./plant and in the interval 1 month up to one year i.e, 12 times in a year hence it comes 24ml/plant or 0.024ltr/plant. 10 Supply and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including roylty and carriagge up to 5km lead complete. ( Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment) 11 Spreading sludge dump manure and/ or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer in charge ( cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or directed by the officer in charge. 12 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the officer in charge. 13 Supply and stacking of selection No. 1/doob grass at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of officer in charge. 14 Grassing with selection No. 1/ Doob grasss including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed ( the grass and good earth shal be paid for separately). 15 Preparation of beds for hedging and shurbbery by excavation 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, fefilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or mnaure in the ratio of 8:1 (part of stacked volume of earth after reductin by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8% ), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary watering ad finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as derected within a lead of 50m lift up to 1.5m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra a lead of 50m, lift up to 1.5m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately) 16 Providing and stacking of Duranta Golden having ht. 15 to 20cm bushty shape with fresh and healthy leaves in 15cm size of earthen pot/plastic pot & as per direction of the officer in charge. (DSR-18, 6.12pg. no.153) 17 Providing and stacking of fucus panda golden of height 45-60cm with 6-7 branches and healthy foliage in P.bag of size 25cm as per direction of the officer in charge.
