Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Government Departments Of West Bengal for Repairing Of Old Ac Machines At Different Places Of State Central Library, Kolkata- 1 Dismantling,taken down of existing AC machines -( 4.5 Tr Tower AC machine & 1.8/2 Tr split/cassette type AC) ( ODUs, IDUs and pipe lines)including all acceessories and handed over to the authority. 2 Supplying, & fixing of M.S.angle structure for supporting the ODUs of the AC machines fabricated by fixing one no. additional Angle iron of length approx 700 mm of ( 50 mm x 50mm x 5mm) with the existing 2 nos, MS angle whose one end will be duly grouted on wall incl. drilling 2 nos. holes in each channel cutting holes into the wall & gouting the same with cement concrete (1:1.5:3)etc.ODUs of the AC machine will be fixed on 2 nos. MS angle whereas rest 1 no. angle is to be used for making the platform for inspection purposewith the middle angle with 4 nos. MS flat of (25mm X6 mm) of length approx 460mm to be welded horizontally between those2 nos. grouted angle out of 3 nos. MS angle.Whole structure to be painted properly by 2 coats of enamel paint.Desing of the structure to be approved from E.I.C before execution of work.The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODUs. 3 Supplying,Testing & commissioning of suction/ discharge copper pipe line in Split air conditioning unit of 1.8 TR/2 TR & 4.5Tr capacity Tower AC machineincluding brazing, nitrile rubber insulation 6/9mm thick class O, etc complete as required. 4 Supply and FixingCopper Pipe Line 3/8” 5 Supply and Fixing Copper Pipe Line 1/2” 6 Supply and Fixing Copper Pipe Line 5/8” 7 Supply and Fixing Copper Pipe Line 1/4” 8 Supply and Fixing of 2.5 sq.mm 3 core cable wire for communication between indoor unit to outdoor unit.(Brand approved by E.I.C) 9 Supply and Fixing of 2.5 Sqmm 4 Core FRLS CopperFlexible Cable for communication between indoor unit to outdoor unit (Brand approved by E.I.C) 10 Supply & Charging of R-32 Gas with all arrangements as per direction of EIC. 11 Supply & Charging of R-22 Gas with all arrangements as per direction of EIC. 12 System Re -Operation ,Nitrogen Gas Flashing, After S/dressing, Welding Of Copper Pipe Jointed line, Gas Pressure Leakage Testing with Nitrogen gas,pressure holding upto 48 hrs. After leak testingMaking - negative 30psi Vacuum For Gas Charge. 13 Supply & fixing of outdoor unit fan blade of1.5 Tr split AC machines. 14 Checking,Repairing of existing faulty PCB circuit with all required equipmentsof 1.5 Tr. split AC machine as required as per dirction of EIC. 15 Checking,Repairing of existing faulty PCB circuit with all required equipments of the circuit of 4.5 Tr Tower AC machine(both IDU & ODU) as per direction of EIC. 16 Supply & replacement of damaged fan motor forindoor unit of ( 1.8/2 Tr) Split type AC machines as per direction of E.I.C 17 S/F 3 phase Electrical 3 pole contractor for 4.5 Tr Tower AC( make- CHINT ,cat-NC1-1810 or aprove make as per EIC) 18 Supply & replacement of outdoor unit fan motor of 1.8/2 Tr splitAC as per direction EIC. 19 Supply & replacement of outdoor unit fan motor for existing 4.5 Tr tower AC(Make: PICL AC Fan Motor UH 1109, 250 W) or aprove make as per direction EIC. 20 S/F ofRunning capacacitor 40+4 mfd (Approved make) 21 Supply & fixing of 1.5Tr Compressor(R-32/R-22) in the place of existing damaged one(aprove make as per direction of EIC and suported for existing DAIKIN/HITACHI/BLUSTAR make AC machine). 22 Supply & fixing Compressor in the place of damaged one of existing 4.5 Tr Tower AC with all required arrangements (Make: Panasonic , Model: C -SB373H8F) or aprove make as per direction of EIC. 23 Supply & laying PVC drain pipe 25mm dia with 6mm thick nitrile rubber insulation (Make- Supreme/Oriplast) 24 Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, , per storey of building per vertical run in Kolkata - West Bengal has been published.
