Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Statutory Bodies & Commissions/Committees Of Rajasthan for Tender For Certain Repair To Buildings Of Wsa At Af Stn Nal; 1 Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for allas specified and directed. 2 M&L for Cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) ( 40 mm graded crushed stone aggreagte) as filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for laying 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-1(1:2:4) ( 20 mm graded crushed stone agg)as in floor and paving surfaces all as specified and directed. 4 Demolition of brick workor stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. and rubbish materials remove from site all as specified and directed 5 M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone walll incl raking out joints hacking for keyscrubbing down water all as speicifed. 7 M&L for rendering 15 mm thickin cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of brick/concrete surface, finishing even and smooth w/o using extra cement etc. 8 M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. 9 M&L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 10 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wallsand applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer incl etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or un plastered) including cornices, pilaster etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the depressions with cement based wall care putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for preparation of old painted surface ofwall surface and applying one coat ofweather proof exterior emulsion in camouflage pattern to match the existing pattern complete all as specified and diricted by Engineer-in-chare. 13 Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified . 14 Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 15 Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 16 Allas per item No-15 (here-in-before) but 1.5m to 3m height from base completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Allas per item No-15 (here-in-before) but 3m to 4.5m height from base completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Allas per item No-15 (here-in-before) but 4.5m and above height from base completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Dismantling posts or struts in natural ground (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed groundcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge. 20 Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each in not exc. 0.50 cum getting out returning,filling in an ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil out of defence land and making good surface all as specified & directed. 21 M&L for PCC(1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) filling in post holes, foundation,and other similar work complete all as specified and as directed. 22 S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 23 Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 24 S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixingto any type of standard railsstraining bolts, including securing ortyping at crossingswith andprovision of galvasnised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed. 25 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire 26 Supply only Galvanised mild steel chain link fencing, size wire and mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The payment for chain link fencing shall be made on the basis of weight of chain link fencing per square metre ascertained by a Board of officer convened by GE, by getting minimum 3 samples of each lot . 27 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge. 28 Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in framed section etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 29 Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not ohterwise provided for complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for MS work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails, posts and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.including special shaped washer etc. complete and including all necessary drilling or cutting holes in brick/ concrete surfaces and making good by PCC and cement plaster, welding work, bolting or reveting/fastening with fastner etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete and all as specified 31 S&F MS plain plates, square cut, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment FE-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A as specifed 32 & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 35 Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering etc. 36 S & F 1mm thic Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters,(joints should be water tight) drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 etc. 37 Supply and laid in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors etc. 38 S& F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends for 110mm bore pipe etc. 39 Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing & connections or removal to store etc. 40 S & F 15mm bore of tube medium grade galvanized with and including all fittings & fixed complete to litre per hole, 300 mm apart along the junction of floor and wall including drilling 12 mm dia holes and plugging with cement sand mortar (1:2) using pigment wherever required, to match the existing floor surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Note :-Any crack which is developed during execution of ATT in the floor shall be repaired to match the surface.The cost of this aspect shall
