Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Statutory Bodies & Commissions/Committees Of Rajasthan for Tender For Periodical Services Of Buildings At Af Stn Bikaner; 1 Taking down cement plaster any description on brick/concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickor concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surfaceseven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick /concrete surface of ceilling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) over & including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilling / chajja or similar suspended work and applyingtwo coats of white wash (white or tinted) over & including a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including all cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion apex paint (tint as approved by GE )over and including a priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and directed. 8 Materail and Labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls and applying a coat of oil bound distemper on walls all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 M&L complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemperover and including one coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed 10 Materail and Labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of ceiling and applying a coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 Materail and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of plastered old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 M&L for applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as spd and directed 13 M&L for applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as spd and directed 14 Materail and Labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls andapplying a coatofexterior emulsion paint(tint as approved by GE ) on wall height upto 7.5 mt and any in position completeall as specified and directedbyEngineer - in- charge. 15 Materail and Labour for complete removal of exhisting treatment andpreparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls andapplyingtwocoatsofexterior emulsion paint(tint as approved by GE ) on wall height upto 7.5 mt and in any position completeall as specified and directedbyEngineer - in- charge. 16 Materail and Labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of walls andapplyingtwocoatsofexterior emulsion paint(tint as approved by GE ) on wall height from 7.5m to 15.0 mt and in any position completeall as specified and directedbyEngineer - in- charge. 17 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls / kerb stone / concrete (plastered or unplastered ) of any description over 10 cm girth or width, by brooming downetc & applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for preparation of new or previsouly untreared surfaces of walls / kerb stone / concrete (plastered or unplastered ) of any description over 10 cm girth or width, by brooming downetc applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/tint over & including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for preparation of old paintedwood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified & directed. 20 M&L for preparation of old paintedwood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over Filler coat with grey filler or liquid wood filler, transparent, and bringing forward surfaces to smooth even finish complete all as specified & directed. 21 M&L for preparation of old paintedsteel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) incl for angle iron,fencing post,Rolling shutter etc. complete all as specified & directed. 22 M&L forpreparation of old paintedsteel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) incl for angle iron,fencing post,Rolling shutter etc. complete all as specified & directed.Note: Contractor shall procure 50% of oil emulsion distemper required for entire work of this item within 15 days of Date of Commencement of Work and shall keep in safe custody as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for incorporation in the works. 23 M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of over head resevoier 50000 Gln capacity at 21 metre staging height, and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern preparation of old decorated surfaces of railing, stair case and CI pipes ofover head resevoir 50000 Gln capacity at 21 metre staging height, and appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint and complete all as specified.Note:- (a) Contractor shall take precaution for safety measures as per MES safety code. Contractor shall quote his rates keeping this aspect in mind and nothing extra on this account shall be payable to the contractor.(b) Unit rate of this item includes the following aspect:-(i) To provide complete scaffolding including safety belt to the workers as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge/GE.(ii) Nothing extra shall be paid on account of increase in height, hence work shall be carried out for complete surfaces varied at height and no claim on account of more height shall be entertained.
