Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Government Departments Of Uttar Pradesh for Tender For Patch Repair Work On Roads Under The Assistant Engineer Iv - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam grade-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per the technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen @ 1.46 Kg/Sqm. to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades including tack coat @ 0.25 kg/sqm as per the technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (including cost of bitumen) 4 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade bitumen @ 0.68 Kg/Sqm. sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per the technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
