Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Boards / Undertakings / Psu Of Uttar Pradesh for Tender For Attending Gas Leakage 145 Kv Cb Of 63 Mva T/F I 132 Kv Shamshabad2 Fatehabad Line At 132 Kv Ss Fatehabad - Detecting of SF-6 Gas leakage from 145 KV SF-6 CB of ABB make of 63 MVA T/F-I, Aditya Make & 132 KV Shamshabad (2)-Fatehabad line at 132 KV S/S Fatehabad 2 Dismentalling of leaked pole of 132 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (ABB make) for attending the gas leakage. The job includes dismentalling & erection of the same pole after attending the gas leakage including cost of labour, T&P etc required for execution of work. 3 Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 132 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (ABB make, type 120-SFM-32B). The job includes opening of assembly from upper & lower terminal flanges. Cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porecelains with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution, replacement of all O- ring of the pole and gas pipe fitting by applying anabond adhesive. Reassembly of pipe then evacuation of pipe upto 760mm.Hg. After testing of yaccume for 12hrs and satisfactory result, refilling of SF-6 gas upto required level. Checking of proper operation of circuit breaker from local and remote. All material, T&P except SF-6 gas required for execution of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. in Agra - Uttar Pradesh has been published.
