Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Local Bodies Of West Bengal for Settler With Abr At Dakshin Ramchandrapur Near Tarun Sangha Shiv Mandir- 1 Earth work excavation of foundation trenchs or drain in all sorts of soil including mix soil excluding laterite or sand stone includinga) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm 2 (b) Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000 mm. but not requiring shoring. 3 (A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) 4 Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. 5 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety 6 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur Variety 7 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur Variety 8 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel i. SAIL/TATA/RINL 9 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) 10 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortert(1:4) a)in foundation and plinthb) in super structure, in all floor. 11 Plastering at wall with sand and cement morterincluding rounding off or chamfaring corner (1:6) 20 mm th. 12 Net cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall dado window floor drain etc. 13 Supply of UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS-13592-1992.(A) (i) Single Socketed 3 Meter Length (b) 110 mm INLET/OUTLET of HPGF 14 Labour for fitting and fixing U.P.V.C. pipes for above ground work including cost of jointing materials etc. fitting and fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, cutting holes in walls or R.C. floor where necessary and mending good all damages excluding the cost of masonry or concrete work, if necessary, but including the cost and fitting and fixing holder bat clamps (any floor) or for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. (b) Square- 600 mm X 600 mm X 50 kg (approx.) 17 Supply of UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS-13592-1992. Providing & Supplying cowl 18 C.I. sluice valve with flanged ends drilled to as per I.S. 1358/62 and having all cast iron components as per I.S. 780/71 solid forged bronze inside screw spindle having ultimate tensile strength not less than 4.72 MT per sq. cm. Spindle nut valve and seat faces of hard wear resisting, manufactured from best quality gunmetal conforming to I.S. 780/71, painted black all over with asphalt base paint tested to 21 kg (hydraulic pressure) per sq. cm., valve opening to anticlockwise direction, fitted and fixed complete. 19 Providing and laying of Filter media with granularmaterials/stone crushed aggregates/brickaggregates /river bed materials satisfying therequirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H 20 Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)(a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation 21 SurfaceDressingof the ground inany kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed. 22 18% CGST & SGST 23 1 % Labour cess in 24 Paraganas South - West Bengal has been published.
