with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) through mechanical means including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 4 Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holesand cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) through mechanical means including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 5 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holes and cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of primer through mechanical means including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holesand cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying one coat distemper oil emulsion, through mechanical means white or tinted including necessary scaffolding up to 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holesand cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying two coats of oil bound distemper through mechanical means including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 8 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying 3mm thick wall care putty (birla putty) and preparation of surface making smooth and applying primer of chalk whitening as base coat and applying two coats of oil bound distemper through mechanical means including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 9 Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling cornices etc., by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holes and cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying one coat of oil bound distemper through including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 10 Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling, cornices etc., by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holes and cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 11 Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old paint including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 17 Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 18 Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete surface/plaster surfaces/stone surfaces/brick and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 19 Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 20 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 21 Material
