Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Statutory Bodies & Commissions/Committees Of Madhya Pradesh for Smart Periodical Services And Other Misc Works At Various Location Under Age B/R-V Of Ge (Mcte) Mhow; 1 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechnical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free, from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint latex based having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of equired shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm or old wall surface including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) contractor shall furnished guarantee for four years againts service rendered). (ii) primer and emulsion tobe carred out through air less spray machine (mechanical means). 3 M&L for preparation of old treated surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paints with roller complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for preparation of old treated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paints with roller complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achive the surface even and smooth for painting complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper including primer with roller on old surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed (Note:- primer and emulsion paint shall be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means) 7 M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on surface of wall of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise complete all as specified. (Note:- Distemper and primer shall be applied through mechanical means only). 8 M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying one coat Acrylic emulsion with roller on old treated surfaces of wall etc complete all as specified and directed. (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for Obliterating old writing of and description, n exc 0.1 sqm, with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for preparation of old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for preparation of old treated steel surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for preparation of old treated wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 18 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 20 All as per item No.19 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 22 All as per item No.21 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 24 All as per item No.23 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/ shade) of 300 x 200 x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/ skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles, complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/ shade) of 300 x 450 x 7mm/ 300 x 600 x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/ skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles, complete all as specified and directed. 27 Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 29 All as per item No.28 but on vertical surfaces such as skirting including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for 16 to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished and exposed visible edge moulding/ rounding) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. and Rendering 15mm thick in two layers of 10+5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with internal water proofing admixture @ 200ml/bags over two coats of super latex, in the ratio @ 1:4:7), (one part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.5 kg of homogeneous mixture/sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement) for external walls complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately). 32 M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. and Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1: 6 mixed with internal water proofing admixture @ 200ml/bags over two coats of super latex, in the ratio @ 1:4:7), (one part super latex, 4 pert water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.5 kg of homogeneous mixture/ sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement) for internal walls complete all asspecified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. 33 Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 34 Removal of plants/ trees of n.exc 30 cm from roof tops/ sides external walls of bldg chajjas, wall juctions of rain water/ CI soil/ waste pipe juctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/ slab surface and making food the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4)type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) incl the preparation the GI/CI/PVC Pipe joints whitch were damaged during cutting/ taking out process to match existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match the existing incl necessary scaffolding/ staging upto a height of 15.00mtr from the ground level complete all as specified as directed. (ii) The debris vegetation plant/tree shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 KM and n.exc 1 Km complete all as specified and directed. (iii) For deciding the grith of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/ wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carring out the work shall be provided with equipment and rate for the same shall be deemed to be include in the quated rate. in Indore - Madhya Pradesh has been published.
