Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Statutory Bodies & Commissions/Committees Of Arunachal Pradesh for Tender For Supply And Construction Of Cook House Dining Hall; 1 SCHEDULE OF WORKS 2 Supply and Constr of CHDH (OR) of Size 18.0 x 6.10m with 1.50m wide covered verandah, four partition walls to form two internal store rooms, doors details (D x 04, D1 x 02, D2 x 01), seven aluminium sliding windows (4x4), two turbo ventilators, false ceiling made of 30mm PUF panels, wall cladding made of 50mm PUF panels, roof cladding made of 0.6mm PPGI colour coated sheets and four steel trusses made of portal frame structure.Main column with web-300200 x 5mm thick and flanges of 128 x 8mm thick, main rafter with web-250100x 5mm thick and flanges of 100 x 8mm thick and cantilever verandah rafter of same dimension.The four main portal frames are provided at a distance 6.0 mtr centre to centre and interconnected by Z/C purlins at spacing all as given in the drawing No CHDH-OR-01, seven sheets attached.In addition, rear covered verandah of 18.0m x 1.8m with cantilever rafter of web-250150 x 5mm thick and flanges of 100 x 8mm thick will be provided.Technical Specifications as per Appx A. 3 Supply and Constr of Constr mtrl for Cook House Dining Hall (CHDH). List of elect items andconstr mtrl is as per Annx - I & Annx - II. 4 Provn of Chair Writing as per tech specifications given in Appx C. 5 Provn ofWriting Table as per tech specifications given in Appx C. 6 Provn of Stainless steel Dining Chair as per tech specifications given in Appx C. 7 Provn of Dining Table as per tech specifications given in Appx C. 8 Provn of Stainless Steel Table as per tech specifications given in Appx C. 9 Provn of Water Dispensor as per tech specification given in Appx C. 10 Supply and Constr of interlocking paving blocks for pathway as per detailed specifications given as per Appx D and store listas per Annx - III. 11 (a) Provn of Individual standalone plastic body smoke alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of covering area >40Sqm and actuating an inbuilt alarm with loudness minimum 80 DB. Smoke alarm be powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. (Make : Fire End/AFO/Safe Guard) 12 (b) Provn of Individual standalone plastic body heat alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of detecting fixed temperature of 58 degree celcious and and actuating an inbuilt alarm powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. (Make : Fire End/AFO/Safe Guard) 13 (c) Fire ball extinguisher of 1.3 Kg weight with suitable provision for wall mounting and cpable of self activating on contact with flames. The unit to be maintainance free, non toxic, envoronment friendly and suitable for all type of fires.
