Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Local Bodies Of Uttar Pradesh for Tender For Work No-09 Renewal Work With General Repair By Bc From Patel Nagar Charaha To Shadipur Charaha. - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming,crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to required density gr 3 as per T.S clause 405 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using manual means. Clause 502 3 Providing and Applying tack coat with0.30 kg /sqm with bitumen VG-10 grade surface clean by machanical broom all complete work. 4 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacityusing crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 5 Providing and Applying tack coat with0.30 kg /sqm with bitumen VG-10 grade surface clean by machanical broom all complete work. 6 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG30@ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rolers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. 7 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick includingreflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level, uniform andfree form streaks and holes. in Fatehpur - Uttar Pradesh has been published.
