Pune-Providing and supplying Bronze Ingots of traditional type and of size 230 x 75 x 50 mm and weighing about 8-9 kgs composition of Copper (Cu)( 86% to 89%), Tin (Sn)( 7.5% to 9%), Zink (Zn)( 3% to 5%), Lead (Pb)( 0 to 0.3%), Iron (Fe)( 0 to 0.2%), Nickel (Ni)( 0 to 1%) . Maximum allowable variations shall be as per ASTM standards.Maximum allowable impurities (of e.g. steel, Lead) as per ASTM standardsMechanical and physical properties as per ASTM 584 are Tensile Strength-275.8 Mpa (Minimum), Yield Strength-124.1 Mpa ( Minimum), Elongation in 2 inch- 20 (minimum), Hardness (Rock well scale)- 70, Shear Strength- NA, Melting point (liquidus)- 1000, Melting point (solidus)- 850, Coefficient of Thermal Expansion 10?5 / K-18, Thermal conductivity W/m•K at 200c- 74.76The Bronze will be tested with spectrometer in NABL lab.
