Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Government Departments Of Delhi for E.I.U.S. (Revenue) Providing And Laying Cc Pavement And Drains In Deteriorated Lanes At Jj Cluster Adjacent To A-Block, Shahbad Daulatpur (In Situ Upgradation Scheme) (Pid-16309).- 1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone -III) including manufactored sand derived from Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25%: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled concrete aggregate(RA) upto 25%. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate40 mm nominal size) 4 Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.”All works upto plinth level :M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum) 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars 8 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 10 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 11 Neat cement punning. 12 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 13 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means includingstacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 14 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar 15 Providing and placing in position 100mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes,of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars of Fe500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage ,all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality 19.19.1 L D- 2.5 Circular shape 560 mm internal diameter 17 Providing and laying dry brick aggregate 40mm nomial size in foundation and plinth or under floors at all level including spreading ramming in layers as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 Supply of earth and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne rolller or wooden or steel rammer and dressing up in embankment for roads, flood banks and filling of ground depression with all leads lifts etc. complete 19 Supply of malba/building rubbish and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth including breaking clodes, watering, rolling each deposited layers with half tonne roller or wooden or steel rammer and dressing up in embankement for roads, flood banks, guide banks or filling of ground dpression with all leads lifts complete. 20 P/F non asbests multipurpose fibre cement board strip in joints of cement concrete pavement, 50mm+-5mm vide and 6mm thick having normal length not less than 90cm. 21 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactored sand derived from Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled aggregate(RA)). 22 Add for cost index @31.27 %as per order by GNCTD (except item no. 3 & 5) 23 Deduct 9.50% as per GNCTD in Shahbad - Delhi has been published.
