Delivery valves installed inside CWPH HP-I= 1 Cutting of rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and removing from the valve and fixing new nut bolts. 2 Removing upper dome of sluice valve with flap with the help of HOT and taking out from the pump. 3 Making / Fixing of blank plate on sluice valve’s body with rubber packing & nut bolts to check the flooding of water in pump house as the pumping is running round the clock from pump house. 4 Repairing of C.I sluice flap by making proper sealing arrangement of spindle nut seat for lifting of flap up & down by rotation of spindle with gear box by bolting with C.I plate as per job condition on both side of seat. 5 Repairing of GM Seat of flap by remelting polishing etc. and making grinding as required by job. 6 Repairing of Bronze Nut by fixing of Bronze Bush in worn out damage thread and rethreading the same (As per Sample) 7 Repairing of SS spindle by remetalling & rethreading etc. as required 8 Repairing of upper CI dome with the help of machining of upper dome on machine by enlarge of seat of collar spindle & fixing of bush with proper machining & fixing in upper dome etc. as required by job. 9 To & fro charges for Sluice Valve of 600 mm dia including & unloading charges. 10 Opening of dead flange from the main body by removing of nut bolt. Assembling body with packing nut bolt and operation sluice valve in body gear box drive as required for closing and opening on load. in Delhi - Delhi has been published.
