Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Government Departments Of Delhi for E.I.U.S. (Revenue) Providing And Laying Cc Pavement Over Existing Deteriorated Cc Pavements And Raising Of Drains In Jj Cluster A - Block, Jahangirpuri (Pid-16722).- 1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 3 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar 4 Desilting of Nallah / Drain in running flow and under foul condition for depth not exceeding 1.50 metre . Including removal of stones , brickbats, garbage, silt mud, polythene , sewage if any etc. and diversion of flow of sludge if required and removing the same away from cluster at the place as directrd by Engineer-in-charge. Disposed silt to be levelled and neatly dressed. 5 Earth work in excavation by mechanicalmeans (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil a directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 7 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 8 Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.” Note : Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately All works upto plinth level : M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum) 9 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 12 Neat cement punning. 13 Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineerin- charge. 14 Providing and fixing non A.C. multipurpose fiber cement board strips in joints of cement concrete pavements. 50mm+- 5mm wide and 6mm thick having normal length not less than 90cm. 15 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal) manufactured sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (RCA): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 16 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Including manufacture sand derived from recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25% 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25% 17 Providing and laying dry brick aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth or under floors at all level including spreading and ramming in layers as directed by Engineer-in-charge 18 Suply of earth and banking the same in layer not exceeding 20 cm indepth braking clods watering rollieach layr with 182 tonne roller of wooden or steel rammer including dressing up in embankment for rods, foloods banks, guide banks or filling of ground depressions with all lead and lift etc. complete. 19 Add for cost index @35.22 %as per order by GNCTD. Except item no.15 and 16 (i.e. on 3987.30+6608.75 = Rs.10596.05) 20 Deduct 9.50% as per GNCTD in Delhi - Delhi has been published.
