Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Central Government And Public Sector Of India for Zone Work For Year 2024-25 In Sector-B, Quarter No. B-1 To B-188, A-1, Sse/Sector-B Office, Sewerage Pump House, Rcc Over Head Tanks And Kvs - Banaras Locomotive Works, Cleaning of RCC over Head Tank Cap. Upto 3 Lac. Lit. with Bleaching powder and put the Date of cleaning on tank , Removal of trees with roof from the wall of building (GL to parapet of FF with mumty) and disposal of removed tree as per instruction of Engineer In -Charge. Repairing of wall to be paid seperately under revelent DSR Item, Surface preparation: Cleaning the surface thoroughly with soft brushes/wire brush or with other simple lever tools as per the Stability and requirement of site so as to attain the sound and Cleal workable surface . Surface should be free of mulbo, reinforcement bars etc. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in v groove and filled with Aslan Paints crystaline/Chryso struco or equivalent mortar admixed with Superior quality polymer compound as per the manufacturer specifications and direction by EIC. A coving of minimum 75X75mm to be prepared at all horizontal to vertical junctions using rich cement mortar wherever necessary . any potholes or undulations or repairing shall be done using rich cement filled with Asian Paints crystaline / Chryso Struco Latex or Equivalent mortar admixed with polymer compound any bituminous coating or membrane or grease or latiance shall be burned with suitable tool to make the surface good for better performance & adhesion. Entire surface to be treated should be primed using two components Epoxy primer @ approx 200gm/Sqm using brush after mixing both components properly as per recommendations of manufacrer followed by sprinkling of silica sand for approx 300 gms per sqm. any loose silica sand particles shall be removed before application of waterproofing coating in Lucknow - Uttar Pradesh has been published.
