The Supplier Shall Pack The End Wall In A Suitably Designed Returna Ble Fixture In Such A Way That End Wall Shall Not Get Scratched, Damaged, Twisted D Uring Transportation, Storage And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Outer Surfac E. It Should Be Wrapped With Enviroment Friendly Material And It Should Have Stand Ard Clamping /Fastening Mechanism So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Fi Rms Identification Mark. 2. First Returanable Fixture Along With End Wall Be Retaine D By Rcf & This Fixture Shall Be Exchanged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. The Packing Fixture/Frame To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strengh T To Bear Approximate 2 Tonne Load In Static & Moving Condition Of Two Coach Sets O F End Wall. 4. The Fixture /Frame/Pallet Should Be Designed So That The Packed End W All Preferably Remain In Vertical Position To Minimize Surface Area. 5.
