Dismantling Of Corroded Skin Plate, Vertical Girders, T Girder, Pulleys, Shaft, Wire Rope, Pulley Support And Other Associated Parts Etc Complete Including Scaffolding, Cutting Gas, All Tools And Tackles, Labour And Lifting Tackles Etc. Lifting Of All Removed Steel To The Top Of Dam-Approximately 10.83Mt. 3. Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing And Commissioning Of Radial Gate Consisting Of Skin Plate, Stiffeners, Horizontal Girders, Pulley Supports, Bracings, Rubber Seals, Clamps, Nut & Bolts Etc., With All Accessories For Spillway Including Cost Of All Materials, Machinery, Labour, Cutting, Bending, Aligning, Anchoring, Welding, Finishing, Cleaning, Applying One Coat Of Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer And Three Coats Of Cold Applied Coal Tar Epoxy Paint, Seal Fixing Etc., Complete As Per Specifications And Approved Drawings With Lead Up To 1 Km And All Lifts For Structural Steel Components And All Leads And Lifts Including Packing And Forwarding Charges For Other Materials. 4. Fabrication & Erection: Cutting, Drilling, Bending, Machining, V Cutting, Drilling Hole To Skin Plate For Rubber Seal Fixing, Complete Welding By Following Standard Practices By Using Elctrode 7018 With Preheating Facility, Transportation, Loading, Unloading Etc, Including All Tools, Tackles, Bending Machine, Welding Set, Cutting Set, Gas, Electrode, Lorry Transport To Workshop For Bending Of Plate And Machining Of Pulleys To Nearest Available Workshop And All Hire Charges. Dpt Test Of Important Welding Joints As Directed By The Engineer In-Charge. Dpt Kit Has To Be Supplied By The Agency Only. Fixing Of Skin Plate, T Girder, Vertical Girder, Existing Pulley And Supports, Stiffeners, Pulley Bracket, Pulley Shaft, And Roller Bracket Etc. Including Welding, Grinding And Machining, Labour, Tools And Tackles Required, Gas Set, Electrode, Winch, Welding Set, Cutting Set And All Tools And Transportation If Required Etc, Complete.-Approximately10.94Mt. Steel Consumption Will Be Considered As Per Actual Quantity Utilized For Repair Works. Chipping Of Concrete Around The Yoke Girder By Using Heavy Drilling Machine Where Drilling Machines Shall Be Provided By The Agency. 5. Overhauling Of Hoist Unit: Complete Overhauling Of Hoist Units Which Includes Lubrication, Replacement Of Gear Oil, Motor Maintenance Like Megger, Checking Of Connections, Hoist Unit Painting, Replacement Of Hoist Unit Coupling Fasteners, Manual Operation Setting, Limits Switch Supply Or Rectification & Setting, Wiring And Setting, Upper Pulley Servicing, Position Indicator Chain And Sprocket Setting And Ensure Full Condition Of Operation. 6. Commissioning And Testing Of Radial Gate: Lifting After Attending The Work And Checking Of Radial Gate Operation Before Fixing Of Seal, To The Height Of 9.60 Meter, Inspection And Setting Of Balance Of Gates By Operating Several Times As Per The Direction Of Engineer In-Charge Till Ensuring Of Full Operational Condition. Providing Temporary Platform, Fixing Of New Rubber Seal. Trail Operation To The Full Height Up To 9.60 Mtr After Fixing Of Rubber Seal As Directed By Kpcl. 7. Supply And Transportation Of Steel-10.83 Mt Excluding Wastage First Quality Confirming Is 226 Or 2062 Make-Sail Or Tata Steel Or Jindal Or Equivalent Along With Test Certificate, 2 Side Rubber Seal, 1 Bottom Rubber Seal, M16x75mm Full Thread Bolt Nut Along With Washer-415 Nos, M28x200 Full Thread Ht Bolt Nut Along With Double Washer-32 Nos To Bommanhalli Pick Up Dam Site. 9.
