It Should Have Lcd Display Of Minimum 4.3-Inch Touch Screen 11. Image Format Should Be Jpeg Or Mpeg 4 12. Image Should Be Colour And Red Free. 13. Should Have Usb Connectivity Port For Data Transfer And Port To Insert Sd Card For Data Transfer As Required. 14. Should Be Able To Work With Rechargeable Battery So As To Enable It To Be Charged While Carrying For Field Fundus Examination. 15. Battery Life Should Be Minimum 6 Hours Once Recharged. 16. Battery Should Be Chargeable Using 100- 240 V Ac Supply General Specification 1 Details Of Previous Supplies To Various Hospitals Of Repute In Trivandrum, Kerala, Other Railway Hospitals, Other Government Hospitals, With Year Of Sale And Contact Person, Performance Report From These Institutions Should Be Enclosed, Which Can Be Verified After Tender Opening. 2 Should Be Able To Demonstrate The Model Offered When Called For By The Administration Before Finalisation Of Tender 3 After Sale Service Required At The Place Of Delivery. Details Of Local Service Engineer Like Address, Telephone No, Mobile Number Email Etc., Number Of Technicians With Their Qualifications, Inventory For Repair And Number Of Equipments Serviced By The Centre Should Be Enclosed. 4 Offer Should Include Minimum Of 3-Year Comprehensive Warranty. 5 Downtime In Case Of Breakdown Should Be 24 Hours Or Less Failing Which Standby Facilities Should Be Provided. Any Delay After 24 Hours Without Providing Standby Facilities Shall Attract A Penalty Rs.1000/- Per Day Or Part Thereof Which Shall Be Deducted From Amc Charges. 6 Should Quote Separately For 4 Years Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract After The Warranty Period. 7 Tenderers Who Are Original Equipment Manufacturer Oem Must Give An Undertaking For Supply Of Spare Parts For The Period Of Expected Life Of The Equipment. Other Tenderers Must Submit Undertaking From Oem For The Supply Of Spare Parts For The Period Of Expected Life Of The Equipment. 8 Original Technical Brochure Should Be Enclosed. 9 Installation To Be Done Free Of Cost At Place Of Installation in Trivandrum - Kerala has been published.
