The Financial Limited Of The Order Is 30 Lakhsnote To Bidder:1. Water And Power For Construction, Fabrication, Testing Shall Be Provided By Hpcl Free Of Cost. 2. Contractor Is Required To Provide Team Of Minimum 4 Workers 2 Welders, 2 Assistant Fitters On All Working Days Of The Plant. In Case Of Exigencies, Contractor Is Required To Perform Work On Weekly Offs And Holidays At No Extra Cost To Hpcl. 3. As Per Urgency And Timelines Of The Works Advised By Eic, Contractor Is Required To Arrange For Sufficient Additional Manpower At Plant At No Extra Cost To Hpcl. 4. Below Minimum Equipment But Not Limited To Must Be Kept At Plant During Contract Period. All The Specified Equipment Shall Be Maintained In Healthy Condition All The Time- Single Phase Welding Machine - 2 Nos- Three Phase Welding Machine - 1 Noscutting Torch And Gas Cylinder Set With Flash Back Arrestor At Both The Ends Nozzle End And Cylinder End - 2 Sets- Pug Cutting Machine With Track - 1 Set- Bench Or Magnetic Drilling Machine Suitable For 25Mm Hole Drilling - 1 Set- Grinding And Cutting Machine - 2 Nos- Centre Punches - 2 Nos- Spirit Level - 2 Nossteel Right Angle - 2 Nos- Chain Pulley Blocks Minimum 3 Ton Capacity - 2 Nos 5. All Tools And Tackles, Equipment, And Items Brought To Site By Contractor Will Be Permitted To Be Taken Out Only After Completion Of Work And Fulfilment Of Necessary Formalities. 6. Fabrication Team Must Report To Plant At 8:30 Am On Daily Basis. Transport And Food Arrangements For Workers Shall Be Arranged By Contractor 7. Rates Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of All Required Transportation, Handling Shifting Of Free Issue Material By Hpcl Within Plant Premises. Use Of Hydra Crane Shall Be Permitted At Extra Cost Only In Case Of Special Approval By Hpcl. 8. Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Complete Safety Of Deputed Workers. Contractor Must Follow All Statutory And Safety Requirements, Guidelines At Site As Advised By Hpcl And Cost Of The Same Shall Be Deemed To Be Inclusive In The Quoted Rate. 9. On Completion Of Specific Work, The Site Shall Be Rendered Neat And Clean With Required Site Clearance, Removal Of Scrap, Rubbish, Shifting Of Surplus Materials. 10. Contractor Will Be Allowed To Take Out Material For Minor Fabrication, Tapping, Threading, Drilling Works Which Is Not Possible To Execute With Above Mentioned Equipment At Site, However Cost Of Such Works Including Transportation Shall Be Borne By Contractor. 11. Theoretical Weight Of Plate And Structural Items Shall Be Considered For Payment. 12. Wherever Possible, The Weigh Bridge Shall Be Used To Ascertain Dismantled Items Weight, in Mumbai - Maharashtra has been published.
