Fabrication & Fixing Of Tower Parts/Members From Scrap Gi Angle Including Cartage Of Steel Angles From The Substation Store, Punching Holes, Proper Tightening Of Nut & Bolts, Punching & Chamfering Of Bolts At Different Locations Of Above Transmission Line. Tack Welding Of New Nut & Bolts. Strengthening/Replacement Of Damaged Jumpers At Tension Towers. Tightening Of Jumpers On Both Ends At Tension Towers. Repairing Of Damaged Acsr Panther Conductor By Using Repair Sleeves Either One Or More As Per Requirement. Attending Breakdown Of Broken Panther Conductor By Jointing It With Mid Span/ Dead End Compression Joints Including Sagging Down Of Conductor And Compressing Of Mid Span/Dead End Joints And Restring Of The Same. Attending Breakdown Of Line Due To Failure Of Damaged /Puncture Insulator String/Suspension Fitting By Removing Damaged String And Hoisting Of Conductor Along With New Insulator String Including Minor Repairing Of Conductor If Damage At The Cross Arm By Maintaining Proper Clearance Between Conductor. Attending Breakdown Of Earthwire/Tightening Of Loose Earthwire Per Span. Replacement Of Damaged/Puncture Insulator String At Different Tower Location Including Carriage Of Material From Store To Site And Remaining /Scrap Material Back To Store. Including All Associated Work. For Tension String For Suspension String Looping, Chopping & Cutting Of Tree Branches In The 27 Mtr. Corridor Of Above Line & Stacking Of Above At Proper Place Far From The Line. Emergency Patrolling Of Above Mentioned Lines To Find Out The Fault In The Lines Manually Checking Of Disc Insulator Strings/ Polymer Of All Phases On Towers. Strengthening Of Tower Legs By Raising Of Chimney Of Various 132 Kv Lines As Per Details Given Below Digging Of Soil Around The Tower Plinth/Chimney Up To 1000 Mm And Dismantling The Chimney Up To 500 Mm Deep, Cleaning The Rusted And Weak Portion Of Tower Stub With Wire Brush And Applying Red Oxide Paint & Black Paint Of Good Quality On Rusted Portion & Making Chimney With Cement Concrete Of Ratio 1:2:4 After Fixing The Suitable Shuttering Up To Cleat And Refilling Of Excavated Earth Around The Chimney/Plinth With Proper Dressing And Curing Of Concrete. Thermo Vision Scanning Of Aforesaid Lines By High Resolution Infra-Red Camera Minresol 240X320 Using Telephoto Lens Of 7-14 Degree Min Distance 150 Mtr. Of All Section Tower Jumpers, Mid Span Joints, Repair Sleeves Etc During Load Condition.
