Patrolling Shall Be Done Regularly On Quaterly Basis I.E. 4 Time In A Year. Submission Of Patrolling Report On Prescribed Computerized Performa In 3 Sets After Each Patrolling Duly Binded Along With One Soft Copy Within 10 Days After Completion Of The Patrolling. 1. 220 Kv Nara– Roorkee Line 58.00 2. 220 Kv Nara – Mator Line 32.00 3. 220 Kv Nara– Muzaffarnagar Line 11.795 Total 101.795 Opening/Cutting Of Nut-Bolts Of Remaining Cut Pieces Of Tower Members Stolen By Miscreants To Be Opened/Cut Safely With The Help Of Gas Cutter/Hacksaw Blade Including All Required Labour And T&P For Proper Completion Of Work Satisfactory. Fabrication & Fixing Of Tower Parts/Members From Scrap Gi Angle Including Cartage Of Steel Angles From The Substation Store, Punching Holes, Proper Tightening Of Nut & Bolts, Punching & Chamfering Of Bolts At Different Locations Of Above Transmission Line. Tack Welding Of New Nut & Bolts. Back Filling Of Earth Across The Tower Foundation Including Cost Of Material, Labour, T&P Etc. And Its Transportation Upto Site. Repairing Of Foundation Coping Per Leg, Including Cost Of Material, Labour, T&P Etc And Its Transportation Upto The Site. Strengthening/Replacement Of Damaged Jumpers At Tension Towers. Tightening Of Jumpers At Tension Towers. Repairing Of Damaged Zebra Conductor By Using Repair Sleeves. Attending Breakdown Of Broken Zebra Conductor By Jointing It With Mid Span/ Dead End Compression Joints Including Sagging Down Of Conductor And Compressing Of Mid Span/Dead End Joints And Restring Of The Same. Attending Breakdown Of Earthwire/Tightening Of Loose Earthwire Per Span. Replacement Of Damaged/Puncture Insulator String At Different Tower Location Including Cartage Of Material From Store To Site And Remaining /Scrap Material Back To Store. Including All Associated Work. For Suspension String For Tension String Lopping, Chopping & Cutting Of Tree Branches In The 35 Mtr. Corridor Of Above Line & Stacking Of Above At Proper Place Far From The Line. Emergency Patrolling Of Above Mentioned Lines To Find Out The Fault In The Lines Tree Cutting In The 35 Meters Corridor Of Above Lines Up To Diameter 0.3 To 0.6 Meter. Thermo Vision Scanning Of Following Lines By High Resolution Infra-Red Camera Minresol 240X320 Using Telephoto Lens Of 7-14 Degree Min Distance 150 Mtr. Of All Section Tower Jumpers, All Mid Span Joints, Repair Sleeves Etc During Load Condition. Submission Of Report In Hard & Soft Copy Showing Images Of Thermo Vision Camera Along With Summary Of Hot Points Having Temperature 20 C More Than Ambient Temperature. in Muzaffarnagar - Uttar Pradesh has been published.
