All Reagents Should Be Colour Coded With Od Norms For Reagent Addition Verification On Automation As Well Manual Procedure And There Should Be Prominent And Perceptible Colour Change On Addition Of Samples And/Or Reagents In The Wells In Each And Every Step. 6. Kit Should Detect All Three Classes Of Antibodies To Hiv I.E. Igg, Iga And Igm Simultaneously Providing Highest Early Seroconversion Sensitivity. 7.
