parameter. oems shall ensure compliance with all responsibilities asper epr registration applicable from time to time.5.mandatory / statutoryrequirements asapplicableoems shall have to ensure compliance with the mandatory/statutoryrequirements as per the government of india notifications issued from timeto time for hardware and software components, as applicable.6.operating systemit shall
