Tender for biennial contract for various civil jobs under civil iph - biennial maintenance contract for execution of:- a) building work (vol-i) as per pwdsor (wc-ii) govt. of w.b as per relevant books effective from 01.11.2017 up to 15th addendum & corrigendum w.e.f 07.09.2022 thereof. b) sanitary & plumbing work (vol-ii) as per pwdsor (wc-ii) govt. of w.b as per relevant book effective from 01.11.2017 up to 7th addendum & corrigendum w.e.f 22.01.2020 thereof. c) roads work, bridge & culverts work and carriage etc. (vol-iii) as per pwdsor govt. of w.b for works as per relevant books effective from 30.08.2018 up to 10th addendum & corrigendum w.e.f 24.08.2022 thereof. payable quantity will be as per execution at actual and rates for payment will be on the basis of rates given in above wbpwd schedule for different items, maintenance of aquarium at btps guest house [gongotri] for changing of different types of colour fishes, food, medicine for treatment of water, time to time change of ater, maintenance of pumps etc. all charges complete.(ref : rate analysis attached), supply of unskilled listed worker for sanitary & plumbing works and other works of miscellaneous nature on as and when required basis.(rate analysis enclosed), differential wage rate to accommodate existing labour (covered under settlement) wages at btps with respect to the assumed/estimated wage rate as per wbpdsor [manday means working day including cl, el & holiday, a) cost of ppe and liveries for listed workers for 02 years period [i) soap 6 nos per month, ii) duster 04 nos per year, iii) helmet 01 no per 2 year iv) safety shoe 01 pair per 2 years, v) hand gloves 01 pair per month, vi) nose guard 02 nos per month]. b) cost of ppe for 02 non-listed worker for 02 years period [i) safety shoe 01 pair per 2 years, ii) hand gloves 01 pair per month, iii) helmet 01 no per 2 year, iv) nose guard 02 nos per month].[as per analysis prepared by hr&a departament] the ppe quantities are indicative only but does not absolve the responsibility of executing agency to maintain the safety standard applicable within factory area, laying of 38mm thick acid proof tiles in floors, wall and drains with acid proof cement mortar including application of primer and 6mm thick of potassium silicate mortar as under bed and pointing the joints (upto 15mm) with acid or alkali proof epoxy mortar including preparing the surface all complete as per the direction of eic, grouting with conbextra gp-2(fosroc) or equivalent product under equipment bases, steel structures etc. including preparation of concrete surfaces by chipping, cleaning, etc. with approved quality of formwork as required curing and finishing the exposed surface with 1:1:2 cement concrete (nominal mix) by volume with 6mm down graded stonechips and necessary antishrinkage admixture as per the drawing, specification and direction of e-i-c, supplying fitting and fixing of 5 inch dash fastner including drilling of holes and subsequent mending of damages as per the direction of eic, hire and labour charges for erection of special steel scaffolding in conformity with the safety norms under factory act'1948 to faciliate safety of workers and use of ppes like safety belt,net,helmet etc. for job performed beyond 4.00 mtr. elevation related to repairing and manitenance of building,s&p,glazing,painting works etc. including dismantling of the same as per direction of eic, applying acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceilling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty. one coat. (a) luxury quality,hire charges of jcb including charges of operator & fuel for miscellaneous jobs as per direction of e-i-c, two coats paint of linosol chlorinated rubber over a coat of primer linosol hb zine phosphate (berger make or similar brand) after scrapping and surface preparation as per manufacturar specifications including all others incidental charges, priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with epoxy primer & painting two coats with best quality epoxy paint of approved make & brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. on the surface where necessary as per direction of eic at any elevation, engagement of 5hp capacity pump including fuel & pump operator for dewatering and desilting/desludging as per direction of eic, supplying , fitting and fixing of roller blind of approved make at various places within plant premises, supplying, fitting and fixing of synthetic fabric made vertical blinds including cost of channel, wall socket, hanger ring etc. and all other incidental charges all complete as per instruction of eic
